GHB (often called "liquid ecstasy") is behind 94% of all known drink-spiking cases involving alcohol. The substance is tasteless, odorless, and colorless – making it hard to detect. It's cheap and easy to dose, and a high dose can cause symptoms similar to alcohol poisoning.
Other drink-spiking drugs include:

Water can also show a blue result
If the test area comes into contact with pure water or rain, it will turn blue for safety reasons. This is a built-in warning that shows the test has been splashed with water and therefore cannot be reused.
Important: Beverages containing water, such as juice, beer, and wine, do not affect the test – it works as normal on these liquids.
